Arrived dented, poor quality, bad value Reviewer: elizabeth (Waynesboro, Virginia) This cage is poorly made. For the price, I think it is NOT worth it. I wish I'd gotten a smaller better quality cage for the price. I won't use this manufacturer again. The welds are of poor quality, the cage came with a lot of rust, and getting the food dishes out of the weird, spring-loaded holders is difficult at best. I am extremely disappointed in this product. If return shipping wasn't so much, I would return it in a minute. BC4L Comments: This cage was damaged in shipping and replacement parts were sent free of charge, including the panel that has rust on it.   This is a Kastle Reviewer: Patricia Babcock (League City, TX) The picture does not do the cage justice. The cage is HUGE! I received it in 5 days. Nothing was wrong with the cage. No instructions included, just a diagram so save the page to your favorites because you will need the written instructions.
